WhatsApp Notifications

Get notified about pending approvals and important updates directly on WhatsApp. Perfect for staying in the loop when you're away from your desk.

How It Works​

  1. Link your phone — Connect your WhatsApp number to Minoo
  2. Verify ownership — Confirm with a one-time code
  3. Receive notifications — Get alerts when approvals are ready

Setting Up WhatsApp​

Step 1: Go to Settings​

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select WhatsApp

Step 2: Add Your Phone Number​

  1. Enter your phone number with country code (e.g., +1 555 123 4567)
  2. Click Send Verification Code

Step 3: Verify​

  1. Check your WhatsApp for a message from Minoo
  2. Enter the 6-digit code in the app
  3. Click Verify

Once verified, you'll start receiving notifications.

What You'll Receive​

Managing Notifications​

Pause Notifications​

Need a break? You can temporarily pause WhatsApp notifications:

  1. Go to Settings → WhatsApp
  2. Toggle Pause Notifications

To stop receiving WhatsApp notifications entirely:

  1. Go to Settings → WhatsApp
  2. Click Unlink Number
  3. Confirm

You can always re-link later.

Message History​

View your WhatsApp notification history:

  1. Go to Settings → Messaging History
  2. See all sent and received messages
  3. Filter by date or type

Tips​

  • Keep your number updated — If you change phones, update your number in settings
  • Check your WhatsApp settings — Make sure you haven't muted the Minoo conversation
  • Time zones — Notifications respect your configured quiet hours

Troubleshooting​

Not receiving messages?​

  1. Check that your number is verified in Settings → WhatsApp
  2. Make sure notifications aren't paused
  3. Check your phone's WhatsApp notification settings
  4. Verify Minoo isn't muted in your WhatsApp app

Verification code not arriving?​

  1. Double-check the phone number (include country code)
  2. Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code
  3. Check that your WhatsApp is working normally
