Alerts
Alerts keep you informed about what needs your attention. They appear in the notification bell in your header and can also be sent to WhatsApp.
The Alert Bell
The bell icon in your header shows:
- Red dot — You have unread alerts
- Count badge — Number of unread alerts
Click the bell to see your recent alerts without leaving your current page.
Alert Types
| Type | Icon | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Action Required | Orange | Something needs your decision (e.g., approvals ready) |
| Time Sensitive | Red | Urgent item with a deadline |
| Warning | Yellow | Something needs attention but isn't critical |
| Error | Red | Something went wrong |
| Info | Blue | General updates and notifications |
Viewing Alerts
Quick View
Click the bell icon to see recent alerts in a dropdown. Each alert shows:
- Alert type and icon
- Brief description
- When it occurred
- Link to take action
Full Alert List
For a complete view:
- Click the bell icon
- Click View All at the bottom
Or go directly to Alerts in the sidebar.
The full alert list lets you:
- See all alerts (not just recent)
- Filter by type
- Mark all as read
- Search for specific alerts
Alert Actions
Mark as Read
Alerts are automatically marked as read when you:
- Click on them
- Complete the related action
You can also manually mark alerts as read from the full alert list.
Mark All as Read
To clear your notification count:
- Go to Alerts in the sidebar
- Click Mark All as Read
Common Alerts
"Approvals Ready"
Type: Action Required
New email drafts are waiting for your review. Click to go directly to the approval queue.
"Campaign Completed"
Type: Info
A campaign has finished sending all its emails. Click to view results.
"Discovery Complete"
Type: Action Required
A prospect discovery search has finished. Click to review results and add contacts.
"Budget Limit Reached"
Type: Warning
You've hit your daily or weekly sending limit. Emails are queued for the next period.
"Email Bounced"
Type: Warning
An email couldn't be delivered. The recipient's address may be invalid.
WhatsApp Alerts
For important alerts, you can also receive notifications via WhatsApp. See WhatsApp Notifications to set this up.
Reducing Alert Noise
If you're getting too many alerts:
- Adjust batch size — Larger batches mean fewer approval notifications
- Set quiet hours — Pause non-urgent notifications during certain times
- Use WhatsApp selectively — Only enable WhatsApp for urgent alerts
